100%. Every piece is handcrafted in Nepal by skilled artisans using traditional felting techniques. No machines, no shortcuts, no BS.
We use premium-grade, ethically sourced wool that’s heavy-duty, and sustainable. It’s the good stuff.
Yep. If you're a retailer with great taste, contact us for more information.
Our felt has structure. It's firm, sculptural, and built to last—not floppy craft store felt. Think: heirloom status. Authentic Himalayan wool is coarser and firmer than wool from other regions of the world.
Give them a cozy off-season. We recommend storing your wool pieces in a breathable bag — like burlap or unbleached cotton. Skip the plastic tubs; wool likes to breathe, not sweat. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity (aka not your attic sauna). Want bonus points? Add a lavender sachet to keep things fresh and moth-free. Treat them like the heirlooms they are.
Easy does it. Wool is naturally dirt-resistant and antimicrobial (aka low-maintenance royalty). Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. No soaking, no machine wash, no tumble dry — unless you’re aiming for doll-sized stockings. To freshen up, a gentle steam works wonders. Store flat or stuffed with tissue to keep the shape all season long. Treat it right, and it’ll be with you for a lifetime of cozy chaos.
All of our products are handmade by skilled artisans in Nepal. Because of this, we offer preorders for our new designs to make sure they arrive on time.
All preorder items ship beginning of October unless otherwise noted. You’ll get tracking once it’s on the move. If for some reason it's a little late on the descent, we'll be sure to let you know.
We accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Email us and we’ll get you sorted. We know you'll love your order so much that a return isn't even on the mind.
